Encouraging Leadership

RYLA3080@Kufri this year is being looked forward to with great excitement by Rotarians of our Club and their families who have children in the age group of 14-18 years.  This would be a life-time experience for the young boys and girls to build their self-esteem and confidence in a highly interactive programme through creative activities amidst Nature's salubrious surroundings.

How does RYLA help youth?
  • Provides an effective training experience for selected youth and potential leaders;
  • Encourages leadership of youth by youth;
  • Recognises publicly young people who are rendering service to their communities.
Every RYLA program covers
  • Fundamentals of leadership
  • Ethics of positive leadership
  • Importance of communication skills in effective leadership
  • Problem-solving and conflict management
  • Building self-confidence and self-esteem
  • Elements of community and global citizenship
  • Environmental stewardship
Rotarians are requested to register their children as well as spread the message in amongst Interactors and schools in their community to have maximum participation in RYLA@Kufri.
